Ambassador Companion Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Fourth Ministries, Inc. handles information in Ambassador Companion, the companion app for its Kingdom to the Counties ambassador ministry.
Information handled by the app
Depending on how the ministry uses the app, users may enter or upload:
- names and contact details;
- mission, church, attendance, and check-in information;
- encounter, prayer, feedback, praise, and miracle notes; and
- optional photos or audio selected by the user.
The service may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as request, browser, device, and error information.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Ambassador Companion, coordinate ministry activity, preserve authorized mission records, respond to support or privacy requests, maintain security, and improve reliability. The app is not supported by advertising, and The Fourth Ministries, Inc. does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Storage and service providers
Some information remains on the user's device. Information submitted to shared ministry features is transmitted to systems operated for The Fourth Ministries, Inc. The app currently uses Netlify to host the web application and related server functions. Service providers process information only to provide their services to us, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be available to authorized ministry leaders and administrators who need it for ministry operations. It may also be disclosed to service providers, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the ministry, or the service.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for ministry operations, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email info@thefourthministries.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Ambassador Companion is intended for authorized ministry participants and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
